Tisdale to Hold Confirmation Class

Students in grades 6-8 and beyond are invited to participate in a confirmation class this summer.  Through Confirmation, young people consider their baptism and decide if they want to join in full membership with the church. They will learn the basic tenets of the historic Christian faith, the history and theology of Methodism founder John Wesley, and the practical meaning of church membership.  

Adults that would like to participate in the study are invited to meet at the same time.  We will split into two groups for discussion after viewing the class videos together.  Those just finishing 9-12th grades are invited to participate with the adult group and will have the option to join in full membership at the conclusion of the class if they have not previously completed confirmation.
